Key Responsibilities

Customer and Business Development

• – Manage loan book growth and deposit mobilization
• – Onboard and train customers on digital platforms
• – Acquire new customers through institutional visits
• – Conduct strategic marketing drives and forums
• – Facilitate MOUs and loan facilities

Loan Management

• – Process loan approvals within SLAs
• – Prepare applications for Branch Credit Committee
• – Review financial data for risk assessment
• – Complete loan contracts and documentation
• – Manage post-disbursement monitoring

Relationship Management

• – Assist clients with loan product selection
• – Handle customer complaints promptly

Required Qualifications

• – Business-related degree, Education, or Social Sciences
• – KCSE grade C+ overall (C+ in Mathematics)
• – 2-3 years’ relevant experience

• – Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
