Aga Khan University

Aga Khan University’s Centre of Excellence in Women and Child Health (CoEWCH) is hiring a Qualitative Researcher for the AIMIX Project, focusing on inclusive AI for obstetric imaging in resource-limited settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • – Code qualitative data from interviews using NVIVO software
  • – Refine coding frameworks and thematic categories
  • – Identify key themes and insights from data
  • – Prepare coding summaries
  • – Collaborate with research team to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • – Participate in regular team meetings

Requirements:

  • – Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, anthropology, public health, or related field
  • – Minimum 3 years experience in qualitative data coding and analysis
  • – Proficiency in NVIVO software
  • – Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • – Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • – Ability to work independently and in a team
  • – Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • – English proficiency preferred
  • – Knowledge of ethical guidelines for human participant research
