The CFAO Mobility Apprenticeship Program aims to develop trainees who will be able to:

• – Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles sold by CFAO Mobility Kenya
• – Conduct inspections and basic repairs of mechanical, electronic, and electrical systems
• – Prepare and explain technical reports professionally

Training Methodology

This comprehensive apprenticeship uses a blend of learning approaches:

• – Classroom-based training
• – E-learning modules
• – Hands-on practical training
• – On-the-job training (OJT) with coaching and mentoring from CFAO Mobility Certified Technicians

Eligibility Requirements

Academic Qualifications

• – KCSE mean grade minimum C+
• – Minimum grade C in English, Mathematics, and Physics
• – Completed Certificate or Diploma in Engineering

Other Requirements

• – Previous working experience in Automotive sector
• – Age: 27 years and below

• – Duration: Two years
• – Contract: Annual contract engagement based on trainee performance
• – Deployment: After successful completion, apprentices may be deployed to any CFAO branch countrywide (subject to availability of opportunities)
