- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance option), Accounting, or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Part II or equivalent professional accounting certification.
- Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 on leadership and integrity.
- Strong understanding of government accounting standards and public sector financial management.
- Proficiency in invoice processing, expenditure control, and accounting software tools.
