Job Description
The Administrative Assistant plays an essential role in supporting one or more leaders or teams through high-quality administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Compile and organize data from multiple sources to create professional reports, presentations, spreadsheets, charts, and memos.
- Conduct research, analyze information, and provide recommendations based on findings.

- Manage leader and team calendars, coordinate appointments, and organize travel arrangements.
- Support administrative projects, internal processes, and operational initiatives.

- Assist with procurement card (p-card) reconciliations and budget tracking activities.
- Train or mentor junior administrative team members when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support or related roles.
- Strong administrative knowledge, including document preparation and office coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
