Administrative Assistant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute strategy and road map for card products.
Lead an end to end Product Development process from ideation to launch.
Liaise with marketing teams and customer service to develop go to market strategies and support campaigns to increase product adoption.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders such as payment networks (Visa, Mastercard), processors, and technology vendors.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with card manufacturers, payment gateways, and other third-party providers.
Provide support in Driving all Card issuing projects to ensure timely implementation and shorten go to-market duration.
Monitor and improve the customer journey for card holders ensuring optimal experience across all bank Channels
