Available Tracks

Corporate Banking Track

• – Support wholesale clients with structured debt solutions
• – Work on value chain financing solutions
• – Engage with international corporates and regional leaders
• – Handle client pitch materials and financial analysis
• – Rotate through Corporate Lending, Export Finance, and Trade & Commodity Finance desks

Impact & Innovation Track

• – Drive digital solutions in Food and Agriculture
• – Enhance financial inclusion in emerging markets
• – Collaborate with international players and local startups
• – Work with Rabo Foundation/Rural fund across African markets
• – Spend time at headquarters in the Netherlands

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

• – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Actuarial fields
• – Graduation years: 2022, 2023, or 2024
• – Maximum 2 years work experience (preferred)
• – Valid Kenyan work permit required

Essential Skills

Preferred Qualifications
