Job Description

The Bancassurance Manager will lead the bancassurance channel by forging strong partnerships with banks, driving sales, and enhancing customer experience. This role is ideal for professionals seeking leadership-level insurance sales jobs Kenya or senior relationship manager jobs Nairobi.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and execute a comprehensive bancassurance strategy aligned with ICEA LION’s overall business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities in the financial services jobs Kenya market.
• Implement effective marketing campaigns to grow the bancassurance jobs Kenya portfolio.

Partnership & Relationship Management

• Establish and nurture strategic bank partnerships and relationships with financial institutions.

Training & Capacity Building

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 8–10 years’ proven track record in sales and relationship management within bancassurance jobs Kenya or the broader insurance sales Kenya market.
• Experience in managing bank partnerships and implementing sales strategies for insurance products.
