Position Overview

The Binance Captain will serve as a vital bridge between the company and its growing user community. This role combines elements of community management, brand advocacy, user education, and market intelligence gathering. The successful candidate will help drive Binance’s mission forward by fostering an engaged, informed, and thriving user ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Growth

• Represent Binance at virtual and in-person community events and meetups
• Build and nurture relationships with key community members and stakeholders
• Create and facilitate engaging community activities to increase platform adoption
• Identify and recruit potential community ambassadors and influencers
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement localized community strategies

User Education & Support

• Develop and deliver educational content about Binance products and services
• Host regular AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions and webinars for community members
• Guide users through platform features and provide first-level troubleshooting
• Create tutorial content in various formats (written guides, videos, infographics)
• Answer community questions across various channels in a timely manner

Market Intelligence & Feedback

• Gather and analyze community feedback on Binance products and services
• Monitor competitor activities and community sentiment
• Prepare regular reports on community trends, concerns, and opportunities
• Work with product teams to incorporate user feedback into development cycles
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes

Content Creation & Communication

• Create engaging content for social media channels and community forums
• Develop newsletters and announcements for community distribution
• Collaborate with marketing teams on community-focused campaigns
• Translate complex technical information into user-friendly language
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications

Qualifications & Requirements

• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the digital asset ecosystem
• Previous experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain/crypto space
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
• Strong social media management expertise across multiple platforms
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, accessible terms
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Experience with community management tools and analytics platforms
• Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Understanding of global cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements
• Available for flexible hours to accommodate global community needs
