Job Description

The Business Development Officer/Marketer will be responsible for driving patient acquisition and retention through strategic marketing, outreach, and sales initiatives. This role is critical in enhancing the clinic’s visibility and performance by engaging with corporate partners, local communities, and healthcare stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote clinic services to target audiences.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate and community-based clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Organize health talks, open days, and community outreach activities to generate awareness.
• Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to align marketing efforts with service offerings.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular marketing reports, and recommend improvements.
• Conduct competitor analysis and keep up with trends in the healthcare marketing space.
• Ensure a customer-first approach in all communication and marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ hands-on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a competitive environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong networking and presentation abilities.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
