Business Operations Support

Robert Bosch East Africa, a growing division of the Bosch Group based in Nairobi, Kenya, is hiring for a Sales Operations Support Specialist. This role spans the Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, and Thermotechnology business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Support existing sales operations team
• – Manage order planning and entry in SAP system
• – Conduct sales analysis and reporting
• – Ensure contract and compliance documentation for specific processes
• – Improve existing sales processes
• – Develop extensive ERP (SAP) knowledge

Requirements:

• – University degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering
• – Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• – Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• – Strong customer orientation and business acumen
• – Exceptional communication skills
• – Detail-oriented approach
• – Ability to work effectively in a team
