Key Responsibilities:
- – Sell repossessed cars through cash sales and refinancing
- – Facilitate sales process documentation
- – Provide comprehensive information to clients about vehicles for sale
- – Organize vehicle assessments
- – Prepare monthly car sales reports
- – Manage vehicle inventory bookings
- – Ensure adherence to company sales guidelines
- – Market vehicles through approved channels
- – Meet sales targets within specified timelines
- – Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- – Diploma/Degree in Administration or related field
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- – Adaptability and capacity to work independently
- – Proficient computer skills
- – Fluency in English and Swahili (verbal and written)
- – Valid driving license and ability to drive
- – Previous experience in microfinance, boda-boda financing, or dealerships is advantageous
