Centre Manager

Bliss Healthcare is seeking qualified, experienced, and results-oriented professionals to fill the position of Centre Manager in its medical centres located in Diani, Kericho, and Meru. The successful candidates will oversee clinical and administrative operations to ensure excellent patient care, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of sustainable healthcare services.Position: Centre ManagerReporting To: Operations ManagerLocations: Diani, Kericho, and MeruKey ResponsibilitiesClinical Care: Oversee clinical services to ensure quality patient care and adherence to established standards.Centre Operations: Manage the day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the medical centre.Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to enhance productivity and service delivery.Patient Experience: Promote excellent patient experience and high standards of customer service.Compliance and Licensing: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and applicable standards.Stock and Equipment Management: Oversee medical supplies, stock, and equipment to ensure availability and proper utilization.Financial and Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance and operational targets to support efficiency and sustainability.Quality Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve healthcare quality and operational performance.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery.Professional Registration: Must be registered and licensed to practise by the Clinical Officers Council or an equivalent regulatory body.Work Experience: Minimum of five years of post-internship experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or management role within a busy healthcare facility.Additional Training: Advanced training in Healthcare Quality Management or Health Systems Management will be an added advantage.Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are desirable.Languages: Proficiency in English and Swahili.Application ProcedureInterested and qualified candidates should submit their CVs to the email address below:Email: [email protected] Line: Application for Centre Manager
