  • Minimum of ten (10) years of senior management experience within a reputable organization.
  • Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance procedures.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in managing strategic oversight committees.
  • High ethical standards and compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
