Primary Responsibilities

• – Drive execution of butchery section planograms across stores
• – Manage vendor relationships to ensure consistent quality meat supply
• – Develop demand forecasting and inventory management strategies
• – Oversee buying operations and budget management for the butchery category
• – Implement pricing strategies and maintain product standards
• – Coordinate with Marketing for promotional activities
• – Ensure excellence in visual merchandising for butchery sections

Qualification Requirements

Educational & Experience

• – Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Food Science, or related field)
• – 3-5 years of experience in procurement or merchandising, specifically in butchery
• – Proven track record in retail management

• – Deep knowledge of meat products and quality standards
• – Strong supplier management capabilities
