The Commission Sales Agent is responsible for independently originating qualified prospects through personal and professional networks, referrals, partnerships, digital channels, activations, and direct business development, and converting these opportunities into completed property sales. The role is primarily focused on bringing incremental, self-generated business to support the achievement of the company’s sales objectives.
The Commission Sales Agent acts as a brand ambassador for the company and is expected to leverage established personal, professional, corporate, regional, diaspora, referral, and digital networks to expand market reach and drive property sales. Any company-generated leads assigned to an agent, where applicable, will be managed in accordance with the approved lead-allocation policy.
