Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate customer loan applications to determine creditworthiness and lending risks.

Conduct thorough customer due diligence, including verification of identity, income, employment, and other relevant documentation.

Ensure compliance with the company’s lending policies, risk management procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Identify, assess, and mitigate potential credit, operational, and fraud risks associated with lending activities.

Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and ensure all customer documentation is accurate, complete, and properly maintained.

Monitor loan portfolios, identify high-risk accounts, and recommend appropriate measures to minimize potential losses.

Investigate suspected fraudulent activities, irregular transactions, and cases of non-compliance, and prepare detailed reports.

Conduct merchant and customer verification visits where necessary to validate information provided during loan applications.

Work closely with the Sales, Collections, Operations, and other relevant departments to ensure effective risk management and compliance.

Prepare and maintain accurate risk assessment reports, compliance records, and other relevant documentation.

Recommend improvements to existing risk control measures, lending procedures, and compliance processes.

Ensure strict adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and confidentiality requirements.
