Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling digital content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital ads.
• Assist in managing and monitoring Penda’s social media channels, including scheduling posts and responding to comments or direct messages.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan, film, and edit engaging video and photo content for social media campaigns.
• Track and analyze audience interactions, feedback, and platform trends to refine ongoing content strategies.
• Encourage engagement and positive reviews on platforms like Google Business Profile and Facebook.
• Support the design and development of offline branding materials like flyers, posters, and internal signage.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers to understand their local advertising needs and support community outreach efforts.
• Stay informed on emerging digital marketing trends and tools, and share recommendations with the team.

• Minimum of a Diploma in Communication Studies, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Creative and proactive with a strong interest in digital media and storytelling.
