Facility Administrator (3)

Equity Afya is hiring for the Facility Administrator (3) position in Narok. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Bachelors. Is responsible for overseeing the efficient operations of the facility, ensuring quality and timely delivery of healthcare services, regulatory compliance, business performance, and effective people management. This role acts as a bridge between clinical staff, patients, and the hospital’s executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or any other relevant field
• At least three (3) years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Analytical thinking and decision-making
• Basic Financial and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and ethical standards
• Crisis management and problem-solving capabilities.
