Job Description
The Facility Administrator / Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations of the facility. Acting as the central link between clinical teams, patients, and executive leadership, this role ensures that day-to-day services are delivered smoothly, safely, and in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
This position combines healthcare administration with business development responsibilities. The successful candidate will drive operational efficiency, enhance patient experiences, monitor business performance, and implement strategies to expand the facility’s market reach. The role requires strong leadership, decision-making capabilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
