About the Role

The Field Sales Agent will work directly with prospective and existing sellers, helping them make effective use of the Jiji platform for their businesses. The position involves customer acquisition, sales of premium services, client support and relationship building.

The role provides practical sales experience while allowing the successful candidate to contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth through direct engagement with sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new sellers and encourage them to join the Jiji platform.
• Promote and sell Jiji Premium Services to prospective clients.
• Encourage existing clients to upgrade their Boost Packages.
• Support clients in navigating and using their Jiji accounts.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing sellers.
• Help sellers make better use of the Jiji platform to support their businesses online.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Education: WASSCE/SSCE qualification or higher.
• Sales interest: A strong interest in sales and connecting with people.
• Smartphone: Access to a smartphone running iOS or Android.
• Location: Must live in Nairobi or nearby areas.
