- Prepare and distribute bi-weekly expense management reports to Sales and Marketing teams to support cost control and performance tracking.
- Assess the return on investment (ROI) of proposed trade offers, promotions, and commercial activities.
- Support the setup and configuration of approved trade offers in Syspro and liaise with the Customer Service team once setups are completed.
- Monitor trade budget allocation and expenditure to ensure adherence to approved limits and financial plans.
- Maintain accurate financial records, schedules, and documentation in line with audit, compliance, and internal control requirements.
- Provide ongoing analytical and operational support to the Business Controller and Commercial Finance team.
Required Qualifications – Finance Assistant Job in Kenya
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related business field.
- Professional qualification in Accounting or Finance, or active progress toward certification.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret financial and commercial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
