Internship Overview:

As part of the Nestlé Needs YOUth initiative, this Finance Graduate Internship program is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of financial leaders in the food and beverage industry. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of corporate finance, contributing to Nestlé’s mission of enhancing quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

•    – Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations
•    – Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making
•    – Help in budget preparation and forecasting processes

2. Cost Management:

•    – Support cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements
•    – Analyze product costs and contribute to pricing strategies

3. Internal Controls:

•    – Assist in maintaining and improving internal control processes
•    – Participate in audit preparations and follow-ups

4. Financial Systems and Tools:

•    – Utilize financial software and tools for data analysis and reporting
•    – Contribute to the improvement of financial processes through technology

5. Business Partnering:

•    – Work closely with various departments to provide financial insights
•    – Support financial planning for marketing and sales initiatives

6. Project Finance:

•    – Assist in financial evaluations of new projects and investments
•    – Contribute to return on investment (ROI) analyses

7. Compliance and Risk Management:

•    – Help ensure compliance with local financial regulations
•    – Assist in identifying and mitigating financial risks

Requirements:

1. Education:

•    – Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Finance/Accounting
•    – Recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply

2. Technical Skills:

•    – Strong numerical and analytical skills
•    – Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
•    – Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems is a plus

3. Soft Skills:

•    – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
