Head – Controls & Governance

KCB Bank Kenya is hiring for the Head – Controls & Governance position in Nairobi. This is a full time role. Qualification level: Bachelors. Kenya Commercial Bank Limited is registered as a non-operating holding company which started operations as a licensed banking institution with effect from January 1, 2016. Applications close on 3 November 2026.

The holding company oversees KCB Kenya – incorporated with effect from January 1, 2016 – and all KCB's regional units in Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Ethiopia and South Sudan.

It also owns KCB Insurance Agency, KCB Capital, KCB Foundation and all associate companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management or a business related field.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
• Thorough understanding of Banking Law, Prudential Guidelines, Central Bank regulations and operational risk management frameworks.
• Professional qualification such as CPA(K), ACCA, CIA, CISA or equivalent will be an added advantage…
