Description

Role purpose;
The head of operations will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organisation’s operational functions to ensure efficiency, service excellence, effective risk management, and sustainable business growth.
The role holder will drive operational strategy, process optimisation, technology adoption, service delivery, and operational controls while ensuring that business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
The successful candidate must combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational
leadership and demonstrate a track record of delivering measurable improvements in
business performance.
