Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements and Eligibility

This internship program is specifically designed for fresh graduates. Candidates interested in these ICT graduate trainee positions must strictly meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be an unemployed Kenyan graduate from a recognized training institution.
• Must have completed a Degree or Diploma in ICT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a closely related field within the last three (3) years.
• Must not have been exposed to formal work experience related to their area of study since graduation.
• Must not have retired or formally exited from prior employment.
• Must not have previously benefited from a similar internship or attachment program.
• Possess a strong foundational understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Have basic knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and an understanding of programming languages.
• Familiarity with system administration environments, including Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
• Demonstrate good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced professional environment.
