Junior Associate

McKinsey is hiring talented Junior Associates to join their global offices and practices (Digital, Marketing & Sales, Operations, etc.) to work directly with clients.  

Key Responsibilities:

• – Work in teams of 3-5 consultants on all aspects of client engagements
• – Gather and analyze information, formulate hypotheses, develop recommendations
• – Present findings to client management and implement solutions collaboratively
• – Receive exceptional training, coaching and mentoring from McKinsey colleagues
• – Opportunity to gain broad experience across industries/functions initially

Requirements:

• – University degree with excellent academic record
• – Outstanding achievements in academics, management or professional settings
• – Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
• – Proven leadership experience in academic, professional or extracurricular settings
• – Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
• – Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas verbally/written in English & local languages
• – Willingness to travel for client engagements
