1. Market development and customers:
Responsible for second-hand clothing wholesale customers in Nairobi and surrounding areas, actively connect with potential customers such as local clothing retailers, market stall owners, small and medium-sized wholesalers, and purchasing agents, expand offline wholesale channels, accumulate stable customer resources, and complete monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Customer maintenance and relationship management:
Responsible for the daily docking, return visits, and Q&A of new and old customers, follow up on customer purchase needs and replenishment cycles, deal with customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales issues in a timely manner, maintain good customer cooperation, and improve customer repurchase rates and loyalty.
3. Sales operation and business implementation:
Familiar with the second-hand clothing wholesale business, according to the warehouse product category (adult clothing, children’s clothing, shoes and hats, accessories, etc.), goods, and price system, accurately quote, recommend goods, and connect with the delivery process for customers; Coordinate the whole process of customer order placement, inspection, shipment, and account reconciliation to ensure the efficient implementation of sales business.
4. Team coordination and assistance management:
In the later stage, according to the business, assist the person in charge to build a sales team, train new sales, formulate a basic sales work plan, coordinate the daily sales work of the team, and lead the team to complete the overall sales performance indicators.
5. Market research and optimization suggestions:
Real-time research on the local second-hand apparel market in Nairobi, prices of competing products, hot-selling categories, and changes in customer demand, regularly sort out market data, feed back market dynamics to the company, and provide reasonable suggestions for warehouse product procurement, pricing, and category optimization.
