We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead, Network Service Delivery (B2B) to oversee and drive enterprise network service delivery governance across multiple operating markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing delivery standards, monitoring performance, promoting best practices, and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of enterprise connectivity solutions.
This role focuses on governance, performance management, process optimization, and operational excellence rather than direct service delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Performance Governance

Monitor enterprise service delivery performance across multiple markets.
Track delivery commitments and drive accountability through structured performance reviews.
Identify gaps in people, processes, tools, and partner performance, and implement improvement initiatives.
Benchmark market performance and promote adoption of best practices.
