Job Overview:

As an Eye Wear Consultant at Optica Limited, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect eyewear solutions that meet their visual needs and personal style preferences. You will be the face of the company, representing their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• – Provide exceptional customer service and personalized eyewear recommendations
• – Conduct comprehensive eye wear consultations, including frame selection and lens options
• – Assist customers with frame adjustments and repairs
• – Maintain in-depth knowledge of current eyewear trends and product offerings
• – Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction
• – Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure seamless customer experiences
• – Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• – Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• – Participate in ongoing product training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, or related discipline)
• – Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or optical industry
• – Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• – Passion for fashion and an eye for detail
• – Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
• – Fluency in English and Swahili; knowledge of additional local languages is a plus
• – Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
