Job Overview

One Acre Fund is seeking a Global Payroll & Taxes Manager to lead their payroll operations across multiple countries. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • – Manage monthly payroll processing for all staff
  • – Coordinate payroll across different country teams
  • – Ensure statutory compliance and efficient record-keeping
  • – Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals
  • – Define strategic direction for payroll operations

Requirements

  • – Minimum 5 years experience in finance, payroll, or HR information systems
  • – At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
  • – Extensive knowledge of multi-country payroll coordination and tax compliance
  • – Advanced understanding of payroll software and tax submission platforms
  • – Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Sage) and Excel/Google Sheets
  • – Strong people and project management skills
