Job Overview
One Acre Fund is seeking a Global Payroll & Taxes Manager to lead their payroll operations across multiple countries. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities
- – Manage monthly payroll processing for all staff
- – Coordinate payroll across different country teams
- – Ensure statutory compliance and efficient record-keeping
- – Lead and develop a team of payroll professionals
- – Define strategic direction for payroll operations
Requirements
- – Minimum 5 years experience in finance, payroll, or HR information systems
- – At least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- – Extensive knowledge of multi-country payroll coordination and tax compliance
- – Advanced understanding of payroll software and tax submission platforms
- – Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Sage) and Excel/Google Sheets
- – Strong people and project management skills
