- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global and local best practices in public sector management and policy development
- Identify relevant research sources, databases, and publications for policy analysis

Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Assist in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify policy gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement in the public service
