Key Duties and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in accordance with the school‛s curriculum.
Assess and monitor pupils‛ progress and provide appropriate feedback and support.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of pupils.
Promote positive behaviour, respect, inclusion, and a strong classroom culture.
Develop pupils‛ critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration skills.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pupil records and assessmentinformation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other members of the school community.
Participate in school activities, meetings, professional development, and co-curricular programmes.
Safeguard the welfare and best interests of all pupils in accordance with school policies and applicable requirements.
