Program Associate

Yaba Foundation – Program Associate is hiring: Program Associate (Kitengela).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of organizational programs and activities.
• Liaise with community stakeholders, schools, local leaders, service providers, beneficiaries, vendors, and external partners to support effective program delivery and organizational operations.
• Conduct assessments, collect field data, maintain physical and digital documentation, and prepare reports related to program activities, beneficiary progress, and operational updates.
• Coordinate beneficiary identification, follow-ups, referrals, and the provision of appropriate support services in line with organizational procedures.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
