Projects Coordinator

The Design Gallery is a luxury brand house in Nairobi built around one promise: you get real European interiors, with proper local support. We are the exclusive home for a curated portfolio of Italian and Spanish brands, including Poliform, Porcelanosa, Scavolini, Porada, Cattelan Italia, FIAM, Gamma, and Giorgetti. These are not copycat products or off the shelf imports. They are factory made collections backed by decades of craftsmanship, innovation, and quality standards. Our clients come to us because they want access, certainty, and a finish that feels unmistakably premium. Many of them already know these brands from travel, architects, or global references. Others are entering a new level of living and want guidance toward what is genuinely world class.
About the Role

We are looking for a Projects Coordinator to build and lead a dedicated Operations function, taking full ownership of project execution from sale close through to final handover. You will separate delivery from sales, owning supplier coordination, logistics, installation, client communication, and issue resolution, and building the team, processes, and external relationships needed to run the function end to end.
