Role purpose:

The QA/QC Supervisor owns quality on the Silver Hill Project, from design review through handover. The role ensures every material, process, and finished element meets the approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable Kenyan and international standards.

The postholder builds and runs the Project Quality Plan, leads the QA/QC team, and acts as the project’s authority on inspection, testing, non-conformance, and quality records. The goal is zero-defect handover, minimal rework, and full client confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality planning and systems

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in line with ISO 9001 and the contract’s quality requirements.
Prepare Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, review procedures, checklists, and quality forms for each work package.
Define hold and review points.
Keep quality procedures current as the project moves through each phase.
