Quality Management System Officer Job Description

The Quality Management System Officer is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Board’s QMS, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. The officer will coordinate documentation, track corrective actions, conduct internal audits, and compile performance reports.   • Compile and analyze customer complaints and service charter performance, monitoring compliance with timelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Social Sciences, or Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including QMS software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
  • Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality management processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
