As the Sales Manager at Transwide Pharmaceuticals, you’ll be responsible for developing comprehensive business strategies, managing a talented sales team, and creating lasting relationships with healthcare institutions and clients throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical Sales Manager
- – Develop and implement organizational sales strategies covering revenue growth and expense control
- – Create and maintain detailed work schedules and timetables for the sales team
- – Design effective approaches to reach potential customers and increase pharmaceutical sales
- – Lead the sales team to achieve growth targets and revenue objectives
- – Monitor performance metrics of all sales representatives and provide coaching
- – Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining positive client relationships
- – Collaborate with the marketing department on lead generation initiatives
- – Identify emerging pharmaceutical markets and track industry shifts
- – Stay informed about new products and competitor activities in the pharmaceutical space
Requirements for the Sales Manager Position
- – Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
- – Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales management (required)
- – Experience working with healthcare institutions and managing tender business (preferred)
- – Demonstrated leadership ability and team management skills
- – Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- – Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
