Ilara Health Sales Representatives Position Overview
The Sales Representative will play a vital role in expanding Ilara Health’s network of technology-enabled primary healthcare clinics (PHCs) while driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives and relationship building.

Experience Required
- – Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in healthcare technology
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
- – Lead negotiations and close mutually beneficial deals with healthcare providers
- – Implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
- – Actively pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
- – Meet and exceed designated sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- – Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- – Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
- – Provide regular support and communication to maintain client engagement
Market Intelligence and Reporting
- – Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
- – Generate comprehensive sales performance reports
- – Provide valuable insights on market conditions and customer feedback
- – Track and report key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement
Required Qualifications and Attributes
Professional Experience
- – Proven track record in sales, particularly in healthcare device sales
- – Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- – Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
