SD Guard Shift Supervisor Job Description

The SD Guard Shift Supervisor leads frontline surveillance detection operations designed to identify, deter, and respond to hostile surveillance activities. Required Qualifications

• Completion of secondary education, high school diploma, or local equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of military, police, or private sector security experience.
• At least six months of proven supervisory experience.
• English language proficiency at Level 2, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Kiswahili proficiency at Level 3 with good working knowledge.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
