Security Supervisor – Guarding

Supervise and manage security personnel
Ensure proper deployment and site coverage
Conduct regular site inspections
Enforce SOPs, discipline and security standards
Train and guide guards on site
Manage off-duty and leave schedules
Liaise with clients on operational matters
Prepare weekly and monthly supervision reports

Requirements

Diploma in Security/Business Management or related field
Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience
Computer literate.
Strong leadership & communication skills
