Job Purpose
The role focuses on developing and executing strategies that drive scalable business growth and commercialization for digital banking products. The position leverages data-driven insights, customer behavior analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize onboarding funnels, improve customer experience, and maximize revenue per customer.
Key Responsibilities
Financial
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and customer lifetime value.
- Drive commercialization of digital onboarding and card products through pricing and go-to-market strategies.
- Optimize Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) through campaign and funnel improvements.
- Identify revenue opportunities for both short-term and long-term growth.
- Use performance insights to refine product offerings and customer journeys.
Customer
- Drive customer acquisition through optimized digital onboarding experiences.
- Improve activation, engagement, and retention using customer behavior analytics.
- Identify and resolve customer pain points across onboarding and card journeys.
- Collaborate with Marketing on targeted acquisition and engagement campaigns.
- Enhance customer value through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Leverage segmentation and analytics for personalized customer engagement.
Internal Processes
- Analyze end-to-end onboarding funnels to identify bottlenecks and drop-offs.
- Design and execute A/B tests, UX improvements, and journey optimizations.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and Data teams to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with Risk, Fraud, and Operations requirements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs.
- Support go-to-market execution for new features and campaigns.
Enablers
- Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
- Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Develop playbooks and support team capability building.
- Engage stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics, or product growth are a plus.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in digital banking, fintech, product growth, or commercial strategy.
- Experience in banking, fintech, telecom, or mobile money environments preferred.
- Proven track record in growth strategy, funnel optimization, and digital performance management.
- Experience working in agile environments is an added advantage.
Technical Skills
