Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Six (6) years of relevant work experience, including three (3) years at Internal Auditor I grade or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting/Finance), Business Management (Accounting/Finance), Economics, or equivalent qualification.
• Passed Part III (Final) of Certified Public Accountants (CPA III) Examination or equivalent.
• Membership with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and either the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or ISACA.
• Certification in CRMA, CFE, or Internal Audit Quality Assessment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and audit software tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public sector internal auditing and risk assurance.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and report-writing skills.
