Senior Manager, Capital Management

KCB Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager, Capital Management. This strategic role reports directly to the Group Treasurer and is responsible for Group-wide capital management and Treasury Execution Services (TES).

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Capital Management will oversee capital forecasting, capital risk analytics, capital policy, capital governance and controls, capital management, and dividend policy for the Group. This position is accountable for designing, implementing, and governing Group-wide capital management and treasury functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Group Policy on Capital requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• – Develop and implement capital plans and modeling templates for all KCB Group subsidiaries
• – Manage Group capital stress testing processes
• – Oversee Group capital applications and optimize funding strategies
• – Chair investment committees in subsidiary treasuries
• – Review and challenge subsidiary capital plans
• – Lead Basel regulatory change initiatives
• – Support ICAAP submissions and coordinate Group ICAAP

Requirements

• – University Degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
• – ACI Dealing Certificate
• – Minimum 6 years’ experience in Treasury Execution Management
• – At least 5 years’ experience in Funds Transfer Price Modeling, Investment portfolio management, and Stakeholder Management
• – Minimum 4 years’ experience in Capital Management and Senior Management Reporting
• – At least 3 years’ experience in Banking/Finance, Risk Management, and People Management
