Role Purpose

The position leads technical direction in Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (RMNCH), HIV/AIDS, and Malaria interventions while ensuring alignment with national and international health policies. The role involves building crucial networks with Ministry of Health officials and driving program excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

  • – Define and guide program technical direction
  • – Provide expert guidance on research activities
  • – Drive data-based service delivery improvements
  • – Ensure clinical protocol compliance
  • – Oversee training content development
  • – Guide innovative service delivery approaches
  • – Support grant proposal development

Required Qualifications
