The Senior Planning and Records Officer position at Safarilink Aviation is a critical technical role responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining aircraft maintenance planning standards and technical records systems. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, and control aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling activities to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations in line with regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with aircraft and component manufacturers to resolve technical issues and improve maintenance procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution in Aeronautical Engineering or a related aviation discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in aircraft maintenance planning and technical records within the aviation industry.
• Strong working knowledge of KCAA regulations and approved aircraft maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated experience with aircraft maintenance planning systems and technical records management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools used in aviation planning.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across technical teams.
