Senior Product Manager – Mobility-Nairobi

M-KOPA’s mission is to make high quality energy affordable to everyone. OUR GROWTH SO FAR… M-KOPA has connected more than 400,000 homes in Kenya,Tanzania and Uganda to solar power with over 550 new homes being added every day. In this role, you would be responsible for:

Owning the software and data product and strategic direction and evolution of critical engineering systems, business processes, and business intelligence in M-KOPA’s Electric Vehicle financing business unit
Working with engineers to drive continuous improvement in our product’s capabilities to deliver customer and business value
Partnering with analytics engineers to understand internal reporting and data visualization needs within the eMobility domain.
Getting feedback directly from customers and customer care teams to understand customer pain points and drive an excellent customer experience and proposition
Analyzing data to understand business performance and identify opportunities for future products and improvements

This is primarily a Hybrid role based in Nairobi, Kenya, with moderate work travel expected. Therefore an ideal candidate should either be based in Kenya or be willing to relocate if/once successful.
