Required Qualifications

  • Must be a Kenyan citizen of high integrity and strictly non-partisan.
  • Hold a Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Computer literate with the ability to use basic digital tools.
  • Demonstrated training, facilitation, or instructional skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and supervise people effectively.
  • Must be available for the entire period of the by-election exercise.
  • Must be a resident of the constituency or ward where the application is made.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in IEBC elections or related electoral training officer vacancies in Kenya.
