Key Responsibilities:
- – Proactively work with leads to achieve loan issuance targets
- – Answer customer inquiries and address objections effectively
- – Deliver excellent customer experience in line with company standards
- – Conduct follow-ups with customers
- – Accurately record data in MOGO’s IT system
Requirements:
- – Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
- – Strong desire to learn and professional drive
- – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- – Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- – Proficient computer skills
- – Adaptability and capacity to work independently
- – Fluency in English and Swahili
