Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our tender preparation process, working across multiple departments to:

  • – Collaborate on multi-business tender preparations
  • – Consolidate technical and financial data for complex RFQs
  • – Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to develop comprehensive proposals
  • – Serve as the internal contact point for customers during the enquiry and bidding process
  • – Develop and negotiate contract specifications with clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • – Manage global tender risk analysis with cross-functional teams
  • – Perform detailed risk assessments and ensure compliance with company policies
  • – Support sales negotiations and convert opportunities into purchase orders
  • – Monitor tender process performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • – Conduct post-tender analysis for continuous imimprovement

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

  • – Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

Professional Experience

  • – Minimum of 3 years in tendering or bid management roles
  • – Proven track record in preparing and managing complex tender proposals
