Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our tender preparation process, working across multiple departments to:
- – Collaborate on multi-business tender preparations
- – Consolidate technical and financial data for complex RFQs
- – Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to develop comprehensive proposals
- – Serve as the internal contact point for customers during the enquiry and bidding process
- – Develop and negotiate contract specifications with clients, suppliers, and contractors
- – Manage global tender risk analysis with cross-functional teams
- – Perform detailed risk assessments and ensure compliance with company policies
- – Support sales negotiations and convert opportunities into purchase orders
- – Monitor tender process performance through key performance indicators (KPIs)
- – Conduct post-tender analysis for continuous imimprovement
Qualifications and Requirements
Educational Background
- – Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
Professional Experience
- – Minimum of 3 years in tendering or bid management roles
- – Proven track record in preparing and managing complex tender proposals
